PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMPS FOR STREAMLINING OIL RECOVERY
Crude oil extraction involves three processes, including primary oil extraction, secondary extraction and fractional distillation. The primary step is to transfer oil that floats naturally on the oil well’s surface above the sludge and sand deposits. The next step involves filling of pressurized water in the well. It creates displacement in sludge and sand layers, and pushes the crude oil near the oil well surface. The crude oil is then transferred to field gathering stations and then further for fractional distillation.

A paper mill could not maintain consistency of 12% while handling the paper pulp. The conventional pump installed repeatedly break down and could not ensure desired flow given to the variation in the discharge pressure. This situation was handled by Roto pump and achieved consistency up to 18%.

Big engines and boiler exhaust produces dirty gas that contains sulphur that is dangerous for the environment. Scrubber system removes harmful elements from gases to reduce sulphur emission and concern sulphur into sulphate for convenient and safe discharge. The scrubber also removes 60-90% particulate matter (PM), that includes a portion of small PMs (10 and 2.5 micron, and ultrafine). The scrubber also enables vessels to use HFO; a residual fuel with high energy content that is not easy to refine.

Sugar produced from beetroot at its all stages needs continual transfer of media of different viscosities and high temperatures. The sugar produced has 99.7% sucrose and rest is moisture. During the sugar production, beet pulp and molasses are produced as by products which can later be used as animal feed for livestock.
